Extensive Experience
Charles learnt the ropes selling town and country homes in Warwickshire. After relocating to London in 1992, he joined a boutique Mayfair agency and became intimately acquainted with the Capital’s prime market. After fourteen fulfilling years there, he spent an equally productive fourteen years at Savills. Here, he set up and led the Mayfair and St James’s operation and helped open the Marylebone office. Latterly, he was Senior Director at CBRE, co-founding the company’s Private Office, covering areas including Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington, the West End, northwest London, and the Home Counties.

One such landmark was breaking Mayfair’s price ceiling at the time by selling the first £90m house.
